# Troubleshooting

* Install [1.1.1.1](https://one.one.one.one/) VPN and run it before opening the the spoofer

* Sync your Date & Time in Windows

* Follow [**WMIC Installation Guide**](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=002418021\&language=en_US\&type=1)**,** to install wmic

### 4. Loader not opening <a href="#id-4.-loader-not-opening" id="id-4.-loader-not-opening"></a>

1. Make sure you have installed all dependencies as said in [Step 5: Windows Setup](https://spiritxx.gitbook.io/jinx/setup-spoofing/step-5-windows-setup)
2. If it still doesn’t work, download [dControl](https://www.sordum.org/downloads/?st-defender-control) and turn off Windows Defender

### **5. Your device has been banned**

* Open a support ticket and **ping Spiritx** for assistance.

### 6. Loader closed after authenticated

* Use cloudflare warp
